Smugglerz Inc. partners with leading logistics providers in India such as Aramex, BlueDart and DTDC . Once your order has been fulfilled and despatched - we will send you an email/text with the Tracking No. for your package .
It takes usually 5-7 working days for the parcel to arrive at your location, anywhere in India.

International orders are delivered in 10 to 15 working days.

For COD Orders, the courier service provider will attempt delivery 3 times. Please do keep exact change ready to keep contact to the barest minimum. After 3 attempts, the parcel is automatically returned to us as cancelled if delivery is not completed.

Returns and/or exchange requirements are accepted within 7 days of a customer receiving the order.
Items that need to be returned or exchanged have to be in new condition without any wash or usage and to be returned in their original packaging with all tags, stickers, boxes etc. intact, within 7 days of delivery .
We are unable to exchange or refund used , laundered or customer damaged goods.

Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. E-mail us if your purchased products do not arrive and we'll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present , so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible.
