HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?

HOW DO I FIND OUT THE STATUS OR MAKE A CHANGE TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
To view the status of an existing domestic order please go to our shipping partners website and input your tracking number.
If you are tracking an international package, or if you chose a different shipper as your shipping option, please visit their website and input your tracking number.

WHY WAS MY ORDER DECLINED?
If your order was declined, it may be due to the billing address. If the billing information you entered does not match up exactly with the address on file with your card issuing bank, the transaction may be declined. Please double check the address on file with your card issuer along with the card number, expiration and security code and attempt to re-order online.

Smugglerz Inc. partners with leading logistics providers in India such as Aramex, BlueDart and DTDC . Once your order has been fulfilled and despatched - we will send you an email/text with the Tracking No. for your package .
It takes usually 5-7 working days for the parcel to arrive at your location, anywhere in India.
Kindly excuse any additional delay in case of bad weather/natural calamities.
International orders are delivered in 10 to 15 working days.
Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, certain pin-codes have been blocked for essential orders only. We will be able to ship once these restrictions are lifted.
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be executed on Monday.
Payments for Domestic orders is carried out via PAYU a secure payment gateway provider.
You could use Credit or Debit Cards & Net Banking or also use your PAYU Wallet to make payments.
Payments for International Orders are done via Pay Pal.
Free shipping on orders of Rs.1000/- and above across India. Shipping charge of Rs. 100/- applicable on orders below Rs.1000/- per package.

CASH ON DELIVERY ( COD ):
For COD Orders, the courier service provider will attempt delivery 3 times. Please do keep exact change ready to keep contact to the barest minimum. After 3 attempts, the parcel is automatically returned to us as cancelled if delivery is not completed.
If you have placed an Order on COD before and the order has been cancelled, your NEW order will need to be pre-paid. Our customer care executive will reach out to your for this.

Items that need to be returned or exchanged have to be in new condition without any wash or usage and to be returned in their original packaging with all tags, stickers, boxes etc. intact, within 7 days of delivery .
We are unable to exchange or refund used , laundered or customer damaged goods.
The two product categories we cannot replace or accept refund for are Innerwear (Boxer Shorts, Trunks, Smundies) & Masks (SMASK) - this is so we can keep your personal hygiene protected.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please do check with your bank.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

CANNOT TRACE YOUR PARCEL ?
Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. E-mail us if your purchased products do not arrive and we'll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package.
