Smugglerz Inc. partners with leading logistics providers in India such as Delhivery, Aramex, BlueDart and DTDC . Once your order has been fulfilled and despatched - we will send you an email/text with the Tracking No. for your package .
It takes usually 4-5 working days for the parcel to arrive at your location , anywhere in India.
Kindly excuse any additional delay in case of bad weather / natural calamities.
International orders are delivered in 10 to 15 working days. Delivery time may vary depending
upon the shipping address.
Payments for International Orders are done via Pay Pal.
For all Cash on Delivery ( COD ) orders of value Rs. 999 and above shipping to all over India is free.
For orders of value below Rs. 999 , shipping charges of Rs. 100 per package is applicable.

Smugglerz Inc. makes sure each and every product is carefully inspected before shipping them out. However, there may be a slight margin of error , if that be the case , kindly send us an email describing the error on firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to replace it as soon as possible.

Returns and/or exchange requirements are accepted within 7 days of a customer receiving the order.
Items that need to be returned or exchanged have to be in new condition without any wash or usage and to be returned in their original packaging with all tags, stickers, boxes etc. intact, within 7 days of delivery .
We are unable to exchange or refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
The only product we cannot replace is Innerwear (Boxer Shorts, Briefs etc) - this is so we can keep your personal hygiene protected.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items , or items purchased using a discount code or on a discount cannot be refunded.
Shipping/Delivery Charges for the items returned
The cost of delivery for returns/refunds is not refundable , but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering replacement items to you if it's within India. Unfortunately , we cannot offer the same terms to international customers and shipping charges would apply.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please allow us upto 3 to 4 working days for exchanges / refunds to be processed once we receive them.
We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange/refund.
Make sure you fill on your correct address when ordering from us . We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order. E-mail us if your purchased products do not arrive and we'll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present , so provide a secure daytime delivery address where possible.
